DESIRE
In fact, desire is cognitive, it is in our head, in our thoughts.
Certainly our sexual desire has the same characteristics as the other desires we have in our lives, although we have a habit of talking about sexual desire as a different type of desire, with other physiological or psychological characteristics.
We now know that we have 2 types of desire, they being the spontaneous and the responsive.
SPONTANEOUS
Certainly the spontaneous desire It is that desire linked to passion, in this sense that does not need to be stimulated. It is usually present at the beginning of relationships or in specific situations where celebrations take place, as well as when there is a change in the couple’s routine.
RESPONSIVE
However, anyone who is in a long-term relationship needs to stimulate responsive desire, this way it is possible to keep the flame burning. In other words, it is natural that some stimulus is necessary to maintain the desire to have sexual relations with the daily routine.
HOW TO IMPROVE DESIRE
Certainly the best way for us to want to repeat some experience is to have pleasure. That is, the more satisfaction we have with something, the more we want to repeat it.
This also happens in sex, In this sense, we can explore our body, our senses, our sensations in order to know what we like, how we like it and thus have the desire to repeat it more often.
